A few favourites from the board behind the counter. Prices are what you pay at the register.
Butcher, smoker, supplier, caterer.
Most places pick one. Bobby and Crystal run all four out of the same building on Highway 441.
-
The counter
Steaks cut to order, thick cut bacon, sausage made in house and a few things the grocery store never carries.
-
The smokehouse
Brisket, pulled pork and ribs cooked the way the competition team cooks them, with sides and something sweet.
-
BBQ supply
The house rib seasoning, vinegar and sweet sauces, and rubs the pros use. Bobby builds smokers, too. Ask him.
-
Catering and classes
Drop off trays, full service events, whole hogs, and hands on BBQ classes right here at the shop.

Meet Bobby and Crystal
Crystal was working a corporate job when the pandemic hit. One day she called Bobby on his lunch break with an idea: what if they did barbecue for a living?
Then Bobby was badly hurt at work in 2021, and that settled it. In November 2022 they bought three acres and a 3,100 square foot building on Highway 441, and opened the doors in 2023.
They still cook on the competition circuit, from the Big Pig Jig in Georgia to the Jimmy Jam BBQ Slam here in Florida, and what they learn out there comes home to the counter.
What people say, in numbers
