What the inquiry form keeps
When you send a note, we store what you typed: what it is about, your name, the phone number or email you gave, the date and headcount if you added them, and your message. We also keep the time it arrived and a scrambled fingerprint of your internet address, to spot floods of spam. The fingerprint is made with a secret key, so we cannot turn it back into your address.
Bobby, Crystal and the shop staff read those notes to get back to you. Until the site moves to the shop's own domain, the notes also go to K & A Performance, the studio that built the site, for setup and support. Nobody else reads them, and we never sell them or share them with anyone else.
How the email gets sent
Your note is emailed to the shop through Resend, an email delivery service. If you gave an email address, you get a short confirmation from the same service. Resend handles the message only to deliver it.
What the site does not do
- No tracking beyond page counts. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and counts page views in aggregate without identifying anyone, and nothing else.
- No cookies for visitors. The site does not set any while you browse.
- No advertising, and no third party embeds. The map links take you to Google or Apple only when you click them.
The one cookie
Staff who sign in to update the board get a single cookie that keeps them signed in for up to seven days. It is only set on the shop's own sign in page, and it holds nothing about visitors.
